Is Town & Country always monolithic?
No, definitely not. I still know that from our appointments there. Two years ago the standard was a building system made of aerated concrete and ETICS, as nonsensical as that may be.
Is a solid wood staircase upscale? A beech staircase is not more upscale than solid oak treads and stainless steel balusters, right?
Now you’re comparing apples to oranges, you have to use the same wood on both sides. The solid beech staircase is more upscale than painted steel plus beech steps. The price difference is bigger as well. Stainless steel double stringers are better than painted steel, but I wouldn’t necessarily consider them more high-quality than solid wood.
By the way, the Flair 152 RE is available for 280,000, much better price-performance ratio compared to the Flair 125.
For us 360k and thus almost exactly 2,500 €/sqm. The better price per square meter would then also have to be seen as compensation for the look of a city villa ;)
By now, underfloor heating and heat pumps apparently seem to have become standard; some of the price increase probably comes from that.
