we are talking here about a CO2 reduction of 65% by 2030. That is practically tomorrow! The climate targets must be achieved as quickly as possible and not in 50 years.
What else do you want to take as a benchmark if not the current technical standard?
New technologies in the heat market are not in sight and even if ELWMS is invented today, it will take years until it is available on the market.
Again, something about the allegedly not overloaded power grids: In Aachen, heating rods for heat pumps are no longer approved because the grid has no more capacity!

It is a double standard to philosophize about CO² savings and at the same time build a house with 180m² living space.
No one influences any CO² impact in the atmosphere.
