Was the topic "New regulation of photovoltaic systems from 2023" discussed here? I am not fully informed, but from 2023 the new installation is supposed to be tax-free without the tax hassle, which also applies to installed but not yet commissioned and not yet fully paid systems.

You hardly hear anything about this in the media, but it seems to be true. I discovered it somewhere on a shared image on the Greens' Facebook page and wondered why I hadn't read about it anywhere else.

I have the same impression! I saw it by chance in another forum. Has it become official by now?

On the Greens' page (FB from 15.9., unfortunately I am not allowed to share the link) it definitely says "the federal government has decided". Whether this still needs to be approved by some higher authority, I don't know, but you could certainly look it up in the meeting minutes.

And in between, a question about construction costs: Has anyone recently dealt with the costs of a pool again? Are there noticeable price adjustments considering countercyclical planning (winter months) and possibly recession? Has anyone carried out such a project in the last few months and can say something about the execution and its price?

It has been decided since mid-September. Apparently, under certain conditions, the photovoltaic supplier can now directly invoice the operator net. In addition, income tax liability is waived for certain systems. Although this was already possible in the final result with the switch to the small business regulation after a few years (VAT) and the lack of intent to generate income (income tax), it was much more complicated. However, kWp limits and usage must be observed.
