Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

We have a lime plaster. It was offered at 13€ net per square meter. (There were several offers) The top coat is then a bit cheaper. For classification: We come from the south of Germany, very close to the Swiss border.

A bit off-topic, but I have 2 quick questions:
- Is it normal that GCs only state the fixed price and no breakdown in the offer? Like total XXXT€ instead of by trades.
- Are ~60T€ for a masonry 6x6m garage with a large entrance canopy (awning 6x2m, total entrance canopy 14.25x1m), electric gate with remote control, house passage and garden exit normal/appropriate in southern Bavaria?

Stupid comparison, but after 80k (discounts GU) the earthworks are done at our place, the base slab as well as the masonry is finished. And that's for just under 140sqm... What prices...
