The construction company is in Steinheim (Maxxxxe). We had them create the shell and planning in 2018. Everything was great. They had 2 construction crews. My neighbor and I had the same crew and were both very satisfied. A club colleague had the other crew and was not so satisfied. They had very good prices back then and were willing (albeit reluctantly) to take on our construction site 35 km away. If you are thinking about it, I would definitely get a quote from them...

With a salary of €5300 and no desire to have children, quite a lot is possible. Inform yourself and read up: turnkey does not mean finished. The extra services that the builder still has to pay for are quite a few, as are the incidental construction costs. But still feasible. There are also other affordable regional construction companies…

What has definitely become much cheaper now is solar. Nobody buys them anymore. The warehouses are now full of these things, you can get them by the pallet cheaply. E.g. pallet JINKO SOLAR 440W / 15840Wp FULL BLACK (36x pieces) 4,283.99€

Take a look at the connection statistics, then your (wrong) interpretation will change.

The thing with the statistics is a bit tricky, and it belongs to the opaque areas that accompany the energy transition. If they differentiate, then it is between the portion funded according to the Renewable Energy Sources Act and the unfunded portion. I have not been able to clearly recognize that yet.

I once read somewhere that only commercial systems are considered in the expansion statistics, i.e. by companies and not non-commercial entities.

And if so, these can still be catch-up effects; these are probably still orders from last year.

Anyway, last year such a pallet of solar panels easily cost 10-15,000 €.

By the way, it has now even gotten cheaper. There are now 405w solar modules from LONGI (a reputable manufacturer) for UNDER 90€!

But what is wrong with that? It is a fact that material prices are dropping massively because far fewer are building. You also hear that there is hardly any new construction and many houses stay on the market much longer.
Moreover, hardly any loans are being granted anymore.
The craftsmen will have to brace themselves. The whole rip-off will be over soon.

Just a general question:

The rainwater downpipes are shown in the brochure of the turnkey terraced house (picture) running exactly along the property boundary from top to bottom. They are not included in the plans, but they are mentioned in the BBS. Now during construction, it turns out that they do not run centrally on the property boundary but on our side. Basically, I don't care, but in my opinion it looks much better visually if they run centrally and end in the privacy screen (as shown in the brochure).

That is a deviation from the owed contract, legally speaking, right?
