Am I in the right place here at the Baustoffbörse?

We have about 2m³ 4x8 x 250 - 300 boards in spruce/fir to offer. Happy to trade for solid oak floorboards (50m²) or alternatively paving work. Serious offers please enter here ...

Today I tried to get some m² of XPS insulation, building materials suppliers around here were sold out, but got lucky on ebay Kleinanzeigen and even quite close by. Picked it up directly before someone else got the same idea ;)

To once again distract from the East Zone black market: It is currently practically impossible to calculate the costs for a Neunau?

That is true. But it can't get any worse than it is now, can it?

I don’t believe in further cost increases. On the contrary: the prices will normalize again. The question is only when and how the pass-through to the end consumer will happen.

The overheated market and the full warehouses due to panic buying (toilet paper effect) combined with increased production capacities must lead to lower demand and also to an increased supply.

As a result, construction costs will either drop significantly all at once or the resulting price reductions will be delayed and only partially passed on to the end customer.

I think the latter will be the case and thus lead to almost stable construction costs (at a high level) for the next 5 years. Only then will we see the typical construction cost increases of 5% p.a. again.

The current situation will therefore lead to a kind of anticipated construction cost increase for the coming years.

I consider the scenario of a full pass-through of price reductions to the end consumer unrealistic. At least with regard to the large manufacturers and housing companies... And they largely determine the prices. The ones who lose out will then be the small craft businesses and end consumers.

So, private message failed, for whatever reason. I'm from near Münster in NRW :)

Looking for a width of at least 130mm, preferably no "tapered lengths" but a minimum length of about 1500-1800mm with tongue and groove.

P.S. This is not a "black market"

Best regards
Burkhard
