The basic suppliers will not be able to hold the prices forever either. Now, customers from other contracts are gradually coming in and falling into the basic supply, so that their capacities are being exhausted faster and faster...

Yes, I’m already feeling sick too. Thank God for local district heating here (with us). But for grandma, several thousand euros have already been saved – just then a payment increase to 400 euros per month arrived – with a small widow’s pension in the gas-heated multi-family house, the lights would go out now without us. 300 euro flat rate? Germany will be done for completely in at most 2 years. But I can’t do anything anymore either, the house is built and if we both lose our jobs, then it’s over.

Well, I hope I can take the existing tariff with 30.9 cents at GreenPlanet Energy to the new location. They don’t accept new customers anymore. The problem is that we are tenants there, not owners, and the office is rented "warm including a certain electricity budget"!! Whether I can take or transfer the tariff like that, I have to clarify with the hotline...

At least until the end of 2023 – that’s how long they guarantee the new fixed contracts. If a basic supplier is no longer doing well, it will be bailed out. Although this is somehow paid for by the general public, no family has to expect paying multiples of their previous electricity costs.

May I ask about the terms? Basic price/work price? Were fresh water station and buffer included in the connection fees or only the transfer station? I would be happy

Our gas provider now wanted to increase our price by 63%, although we still have a price lock. Of course, I objected to that. Let's see what happens next. The increase itself is still quite reasonable compared to others, but I did not enter into a price lock for nothing back then. Of course, I am not going to pay more than necessary now. I was able to secure electricity at the beginning of the year for 2 years before the big increases... thank God.
