For the preparation of the photovoltaic system, 2x empty conduits M32 should be laid up to above the roof covering and sealed, preferably with photovoltaic cables already pulled through. Does that cover it?

Answer (short and sweet :)): Yes

Me: For the wallbox similarly. Outside Schuko socket with empty conduit and pulled cable. Secured in the power box with its own RCD. Is all that covered by the additional costs or "even more"? Can you please specify that a bit more?

Answer: Cable routing and connection in the distributor. Junction box for future expansion of a wallbox.

So okay or should I pay attention to anything else? Both preparations together cost 1,500 euros net. Sounds pretty expensive compared to Scout* 300 euros :(

What do you mean expensive, just take a wall groove cutter and a bonding agent and do the work yourself?!
