I know - but consider if you have a building obligation whether you think interest rates and construction prices will drop accordingly during this time... If a nationwide photovoltaic requirement comes, you have an additional 15-30k cost... And since single-family houses are politically more unwanted than ever anyway, I think the designation of new areas will be politically complicated... depending on age, the repayment time until retirement will be shorter

Regarding photovoltaic system. Uk, 9kwp photovoltaic, 5kw storage and hybrid inverter cost me 8.5k net last year (mostly EL), having it installed would have cost 11k net. Now you can certainly add 30-50% to that. However, electricity has also become more expensive; it feels like with wood. Pellet prices are simply linked to other energies.

I'll start again with the speed limit... there would be something like a possibility for an amicable agreement. My suggestion is that between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. the speed limit should be 130, and at night everyone who wants to may drive freely. Why?! Because 1. during the day there is already so much traffic that you have to keep slowing down and accelerating again, which makes consumption shoot up again. 2. The majority of people who are in favor of a speed limit are probably on the road during the day and thus are not endangered. 3. Because there are also fewer trucks on the road at night and thus the drastic speed differences, where suddenly a truck pulls across, do not occur as often. One could list more arguments, but I have to keep working...

Although it's not as bad as people make it out to be. In areas with high land prices, it simply doesn't make sense to designate new single-family house areas. No normal person can afford that anymore, and with small multi-family houses you can accommodate more people well. But in rural areas, the municipalities also have an interest. Nobody moves to Hintertupfingen for a 3-room apartment in an apartment block.
