I know - but consider if you have a building obligation whether you think interest rates and construction prices will drop accordingly during this time... If a nationwide photovoltaic requirement comes, you have an additional 15-30k cost... And since single-family houses are politically more unwanted than ever anyway, I think the designation of new areas will be politically complicated... depending on age, the repayment time until retirement will be shorterI'm curious, doesn't sound wrong, but we probably can't hope for really lower rates ... (we are gathering documents, but currently "backing out" is definitely an option we are keeping open)
