Kitchen has absolutely nothing to do with construction costs. Or do you then also include the new car? Or the riding lawn mower?

Yes, it was just an example of how one can generally save. I know from many families that the initial furnishings in the house are rather inexpensive because the household budget shortly after the construction has gone through a kind of natural disaster. What is purchased years later is often (significantly) higher quality.

If the kitchen is no longer included in the construction, something is seriously wrong.

The old couch or the bedroom wardrobe is normal, but a kitchen easily lasts 15-20 years.

that is 2200€/sqm turnkey. These are prices from about 10 to 15 years ago... hard for me to understand right now

No, those are prices from the cheap general contractor with a standard floor plan, without much frills...

I did not write that. But then it won't be the luxury equipment, rather basic.
