Too short-sighted. If my neighbor receives a subsidy or a grant, it does not just fall from the sky. So I have a disadvantage by having to co-finance this as a taxpayer.
This is a popular but illogical way of thinking. If I give someone something, that person has an advantage, but no one has a disadvantage.
Don’t worry, the current finance minister takes out a loan at unbeatable 0% interest and the problem is nicely shifted far away into the future. It doesn’t bother anyone, because through some new financial instrument the spiral of pumping more and more money into the system is maintained. The balanced budget was unfortunately abolished again due to the pandemic. Just through Corona alone, several thousand euros per capita were pumped into the system in Germany. The newly taken EU debts are added on top of that. I think over the course of life everyone has enough chances to grab these subsidies from the state. Bafög, KfW grants, e-car incentives... the list is long and will remain long. So grab it and don’t disadvantage yourself ;)Very short-sighted. If my neighbor receives a subsidy or a grant, it doesn’t just fall from the sky. So I have a disadvantage by having to co-finance this as a taxpayer.
That a Red calls others economically ignorant is already quite amusing. To put a little life into your thinking, I would gift your little house to a dropout. Then the wealth is properly distributed, because it does not rest on the side of achievers.
