I also read broker very often. After the umpteenth time, I was eventually no longer sure whether I was wrong and googled it. Marker is something new, so I asked.

In the neighboring town (and it only has a few hundred inhabitants), the prices for condominiums are now also well above 4000€/sqm. Parking space, etc. is extra.

I am really curious whether this will actually be corrected a bit downwards at some point due to the rising interest rates.

The difference between fair and good - very good level is very subtle. It is a normal vocational training and for that the salary level is good - very good. I am used here that people nowadays understand what they want to understand. And do we want to have pages-long discussions about nursing staff here again and spam the thread? I don’t think so...

Yes, but can't you at some point take a look at what you write and then correct the errors that accumulate? Since we're already on silly questions ;)

So a very good payment is less than fair to you? You should really work on your understanding of vocabulary again.

Constantly telling others what is right and wrong here, then claiming you didn't say such a thing, then being exposed by a user with a quote and then claiming that it doesn't mean that and accusing others of reading what they want to read?

NO, they read what YOU write!

I am actually a very nice guy, but sometimes it is really exhausting when you read such things. You have to admit sometimes that it is not always the others who are wrong.

I'll leave it at that now, don't want to offend anyone here. So no hard feelings.

I'll give you an example. Real estate agents usually earn very, very well. But is it fair that they earn that much for the service they provide? So would you say that they earn very well and are fairly paid?

1.) Real estate agents earn very differently

2.) Actually a good example for me - they usually don’t earn fairly, but (even) very, very well. That underlines my argument - very well is better than fair, especially in this context.

3.) What was your intention when you said that the caregivers are very well paid?
