edit: could abominable permanent lockdowns in China also have something to do with exploding photovoltaic prices?

I think they will really catch up with us over the course of the year... It seems the limit is still far from being reached, unless the Chinese completely change their mindset.

But to be honest, I have no idea which components / preliminary products come from that area, related to house construction. Apart from photovoltaic or steel.

I can imagine that too after the feed-in tariff is increased...

For rooftop systems, a new feed-in tariff for systems with full feed-in is being created as an alternative to the previous standard of self-consumption use. This is 36 to 92 percent higher, up to about 12 cents/kWh. This is a fundamentally interesting alternative, especially for things like warehouses, where very little electricity is consumed. However, you must not consume any of the electricity yourself.

One can vote annually for the previous model with 6,x cents/kWh for feed-in plus self-consumption or full feed-in.
