Really funny, property prices in reasonably sought-after locations/regions are already beyond good and evil anyway. Now you also pay 460k for the house instead of 400k. And still, it is recommended here to save up equity. You can forget about that at the moment. As long as the banks go along with it, I would rather finance >100%. Only for those who do not have the income to finance 100%. You yourself know what was requested here in the last year. If someone comes to me with a loan of €550k but only wants to pay a €1200 installment and then has a €4000 household income, they have to save up equity.
