That can't be true, recently he was on TV where an FDP politician said that there are no restrictions on freedom of speech and everyone can say what they want "even at the corona denier demonstrations" (she said). :p

We got it for free as an upgrade :) Just checked again, in 2014 it would have cost 825€

I am currently thinking about how I can finally become rich when there are affordable existing houses again or finally plots of land without building obligations .... But unfortunately, if that should happen, I probably won't have any capital available anymore. I'm curious to see what will happen in our next new development area, which is already far advanced in planning. I can't quite understand why people give back plots of land ....

In such situations, I wonder why single-family house areas are still designated at all. It would be more helpful for the average Joe if a few nice four-unit apartment buildings were built there. But maybe he has long since moved away...
I would also take a closer look at the fine print in such allocation guidelines. It is probably not legally permissible to generally exclude people based on something. But of course, you can give them enough negative points so that they no longer get in. However, if many lose financing due to lack of creditworthiness, a completely different clientele (retirees, childless older couples) will get access even without changing the allocation procedure.

Really? How is that supposed to work? Swear an oath of insolvency when applying for the plot?
How is equity defined?

If anyone has an example of such a building plot, I would be very interested. I currently lack the imagination how the administration has formulated the allocation watertight.
