When terms like Grundstücksservice and Leerverkauf were still new to me, I once inquired at Massa Haus through an ad on Immoscout. They didn’t want to send me anything and always invited me for an on-site meeting. But mostly it was standard emails with text modules. Overall, they put very little effort into it. So I politely declined. Let’s see how it goes with you now :)

Yes, I'm curious. An on-site meeting is of course out of the question, I don't have that much time for something like that. I will then use Corona as an excuse and request a phone call. Yes, it obviously looks like a bait offer and the intention to push expensive additional charges (surcharges). I will try to find out what is really included. The goal would be to get a construction service description and possibly a contract draft as a PDF. We'll see.

This is a shell house. That means a shell with roof, windows, and exterior plaster. The builder has to provide all the interior work: electrical, heating, plumbing, stairs,...

Built a Massa house 23 years ago. The base price only included the outer shell including windows. The complete interior finishing is done through expansion packages. Electrical, sanitary, heating, insulation, interior walls, drywall, doors, etc. were only offered as a complete package. All self-performed! Mostly hardware store quality. Don't know how it looks today. But the price was unbeatable even back then. And I can assure you that the house is still standing and inhabited today.
