Thank you, yes, I was concerned about the high self-consumption, since I can’t manage more^^ I also write down all meter readings monthly, it’s quick and informative. As an Excel fan, I like that :-)

Electricity from the basic supplier at 33 cents from January. I’ll observe how things develop over the course of the year and maybe react. Right now they are the cheapest. 10% increase, I can live with that.
Yes, and my heat pump electricity provider apparently forgot me. At least they haven’t sent any increase yet, even though the price guarantee has expired. And without an increase letter no higher prices. Let’s wait and see.
My son’s gas provider also hasn’t gotten in touch yet, so the price stays at about 12 cents for now.

We just got a price increase starting in March, to 34ct...The base fee also increased but is still cheaper than many others. If I find time, I'll see if there is something good and cheaper. When we moved in last autumn, (we couldn’t have taken the previous contract with us) EON via Mediamarkt with 32 or 33ct would have been the cheapest. I have now done some calculations... We are still cheaper now as long as we don’t suddenly consume a lot, because the base fee with our provider is significantly lower.

People :D. 2017: Called over 30 tilers until I found one. 2023: Found one who is interested and will come by next week for a quote with the 4th tiler. At the end of 2022, I was still looking for all trades. Without success. The further 2023 progresses, the more projects seem to fall through for the craftsmen and suddenly you get craftsmen. I can't explain it any other way.

Short technical question that surely someone can answer.... The outdoor temperature sensor of the heating system... How does it get from inside to outside? Simply drilling a hole into the aerated concrete and then sealing it with foam insulation results in a hole in the thermal envelope, doesn’t it, or am I mistaken?
