Indeed. And that at 85 euros per m2, fully developed.
In a new development area (!) just around the corner, there is a prescribed maximum size (max 50% of the roof area and then still quite a large distance to all sides... I had already made a thread about this here). I found that quite strange... Basically, there were times when it was considered "not nice," but with newer development plans it already seems absurd and outdated. But it also shows that sometimes it might be better to make fewer regulations in development plans to avoid leaving such relics behind....In our current development plan, photovoltaic systems are prohibited.
