Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Works only to a limited extent... I now have a FritzBox on each of the 3 floors... there is so much steel and concrete built in, the ranges are simply not optimal with just one... I am glad to have LAN sockets installed in certain rooms... TV, laptop in [HO] and in the children's rooms.

Shall we not return to the original topic? LAN/WLAN etc. now seems sufficiently discussed…

Got a quote for granite steles in March/April, price per running meter was 25€ net. Last week, price per running meter was 45€ net. Granite from China (wholesale). The boss said his transport costs (small containers) have increased tenfold in this period. For the double mesh fence: Bought in April, there was a 10% price increase on the panels, 13.5% on the posts. Now I had to reorder a few panels. Price increase on panels is now 30%. For concrete, I couldn't find any increases compared to the previous year. But garden and landscaping work is also getting more expensive...

Hm we are closing one last property boundary this year u.A. with wire mesh. Practically nothing has changed compared to two years ago.
