Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Once again, a supplement regarding availability... Construction steel does not seem to be the problem (according to our shell builder)... the actual problem (for us) is bricks (Poroton), which are no longer available at all. According to him, all construction sites are listed and are now being processed step by step... no one can say when we will receive our bricks.

A lot is just standing around in the local plant. My information is that many "others" are now switching to Poroton. Our general contractor asserted their interests with the "We have always been partners."

I would guess the grouting suspension, rising wages, fuel, ...

Energy for drilling is low in relation to the price. But when the drill bit, casing, and the trip cost 50% more + fully booked order books, that already has an impact. Even if it’s peanuts, I’m working in the garden now: Screed gravel per ton now €22, recycled mineral €11.50. Both 20% more expensive since last autumn.

So, for example, I built a surface collector myself. Before building the house. 1 week of work, material + excavator 2.4k (35% of that covered by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) Brine pump, controlled residential ventilation with enthalpy heat recovery, heating, sanitary facilities cost me in the end 28,500€ (with not little subsidies). For 3 shower bathrooms, 2.5 kitchens (1x utility room kitchenette with sink, heat pump dryer, etc.) and 270m2 living space. Built in 20/21 Just to get a relation about what we are talking about here. PS Offer for brine drilling 99m was 7,800€, which matches some others here - but if granite comes at 70m, there might be a problem. With us, shells etc. appear from 80m. Presumably from the last Ice Age
