Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

How long are your garages inside? I would like to put the trash bins/Vespa against the wall in front of the car, for example... Currently, 6m are planned, but that seems tight to me...

Our Nelskamp are untreated and I can already say that after a few years they won’t look as glossy gray as they do now.
Apparently, you’re not supposed to treat them at first because concrete gets even harder over time(?!) and the tiles basically get better after 2-3 years.
I was told you can have them treated later, which costs about 4-5000€ for the complete 100 sqm bungalow roof.

Those who can should take engobed ones, hardly more expensive and last forever.
However, our house builder wanted a pretty steep surcharge for our budget.
