Funny. Another one who thinks that BWR = market price. BWR is only important for the bank, after that the equity ratio is calculated.
As already mentioned, Town & Country sold 600 sqm plots in Fichtenwalde including developer restriction for €365 / sqm + marker commission. They all went quickly. Guess what a plot without developer restriction and marker commission is worth then. Let's assume only 365 x 1,462 sqm. What does that make?
since I am not reading this from you for the first time - what is this marker commission supposed to be? At first I thought you made a typo, but it says that every time.
