I absolutely do not consider that contrived. When I look at what was happening at the end of 2020 with existing properties in need of major renovations and how much was being offered for them. That was only possible if the renovation was either overly optimistically calculated or simply ignored. I don't care, I didn't buy those dumps and built new ones with a comparable total budget.

Yes, that is certainly the main reason for my statement. I don’t think anyone else would have done it better. Were all decisions optimal? Certainly not. But for months every slip of the tongue, every position paper, etc. has been seized upon and turned into an apocalypse scenario. That simply does not do justice to the current work.

Good or bad job is defined by the mandate, and that is absolutely unclear to me here.
I can't recognize any agitation, only logical reactions, and I also cannot understand where the solutions are supposed to be with the Greens.

A solution to address the challenge of the energy/heat transition is discussed here on the last pages. Eyes open.

Yes, right, here in the forum the proposals are more towards the solution than with the Greens.

Hello,

Excuse me, there is a subsidy program with which I can get funding for retrofitting an air conditioning system? What keywords should I search for?

Best regards,

Andreas
