Purchasing cost is about 1.20-1.35 Euro/kg. Installation about 0.30-0.40 Euro/kg. The rest will be margin and business expenses...

What exactly do you want to have done for the interior plaster? We have Q2 from the mason or Rigips as substrate. The painter has created an offer for Q4 (gypsum plaster), fleece, and painting. We will decide on lime plaster without fleece and only have the ceilings painted. Unfortunately, the offer is not yet available. Screed 35.65 euros net.

Thanks in advance! We have an old building, so plastering must be done on bricks, Q2 is sufficient for me, lime-cement plaster. Regarding the screed, I am not sure yet which one, but probably just cement screed. For the insulation, we need to see how much space there is below.

I recently paid 3€/kg, including installation.

That is a lot, although the steel price at the peak in June was just under 2 euros per kg, maybe that was used for calculation.
