But you can't claim everything. You just have to set priorities here. If you want property, maybe you can't go on vacation twice a year, etc. Especially when it comes to consumption, you can do without quite well. Everyone has to stretch according to their means. For some, that's higher, for others, lower.

Today we confirmed with the carpenter. We also discussed the availability of the Creaton-Domino roof tiles (black engobed) once again. The boss said: "I spoke with my field representative this week. They can be ordered, are in stock... for now..."
They will be ordered tomorrow and stored at the carpenter's until September :cool:.

I'll just counter that!
A) Interest rate forecasts in the current situation are simply unreliable from NTV
B) 3 interest rate hikes in the Euro and 8-9 in the USD are effectively priced in already (they first have to come)
C) the Euro will have problems in the South with further interest rate fantasies, and especially the USD in the mortgage market
D) inflationary pressure will decrease solely due to base effects
E) we are clearly heading towards a recession, which reduces demand and inflation
F) yields seem to have currently found a bottom. This week they have even fallen a bit so far.

There are arguments against this, yes, but I currently see more of an overshooting of yields. However, we probably won’t fall back to the old level in the short term.

Before I couldn’t pay for my heating, I would give up vacation. I also don’t need a huge fleet of cars, yacht, etc.
