It is the end of July according to my information. Whether ecologically sensible or not.... there is no need to argue about that. In the end, it is the consumer who has it in their hands, but often cannot afford to follow through until the market regulates it.

But in the quoted section, September was mentioned. Also, by the end of July, the first varieties should be ripe, Klarapfel for example. The standard varieties with maximum yield of course still need a bit longer.

That the 08/15 varieties do not end up in the supermarket at the time when they are fresh for harvest is not only related to the price. The German apple is supposed to be available all year round and for exactly that reason it is stored and then marketed to the retail trade. This is simply industrial agriculture. And especially because I also know a few large fruit farmers (greetings to the old land ;)) none of them go into direct marketing or anything with farm shops. The quantities produced there could not remotely be sold directly.

These second-, third-, fourth-, N-nicks are so annoying.

Ah principle “too big to fail” for over 20 years. Fingers crossed. Why do they found Senec instead of labeling with EnBW ;-)

Google “Caterva,” I think that company belonged to Siemens.

Everything on the topic was said here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/erfahrungen-caterva-sonne.24780/
