The basic suppliers will not be able to keep prices up forever either.
Now, customers from other contracts are gradually coming who fall into the basic supply, so their capacities are being exhausted faster and faster...

Of course, the basic supplier has the advantage that it can continuously adjust the tariff. Whoever sells a contract for 1 year now must also factor in the risk that it will become even more expensive. No idea what share that has, but certainly a significant one since a few providers went bankrupt exactly for that reason about a year ago.

At least my provider has been annoying me for 3 weeks now with "incredibly good loyalty offers for 24 months." So, because I am such a loyal soul, I would be tied to an expensive plan for 24 months. I think the company is afraid that it will soon become cheaper.
