We are roughly in that price range as well, including connection, hybrid inverter, and scaffolding etc. Therefore, I actually find it quite okay. We have 25k all in, minus about 6900 for the storage = 18.1 / 12.45kwp = 1454 per kwp fully installed. Yesterday someone told me that this is too expensive.

A few weeks ago we had 13.12 kWp installed on the roof (flat roof), also by the electrician of the general contractor. We have just started with the interior work.
We pay 1320€ per kWp without storage (and also without hybrid inverter). Modules are from Astro Energy, inverter from Solax

There were times when people overlooked the blemish in the door because they had done it themselves. For me, the question never even arose; I am simply not willing to pay 50 EUR/net labor cost for the floor layer who ultimately does nothing other than click the laminate or engineered parquet into place. Sure, back then one could have borrowed 50,000 EUR more. But the money has to be paid back, as you already said...

But now we are in a thread where people are complaining about soaring construction costs and craftsmen who put fantasy prices in their offers. This is of course also because many builders go into debt up to their eyeballs just to never have to touch a shovel. The craftsmen naturally take advantage of this "need," who can blame them.

Craftsmen have often looked at me quite puzzled when I said, "I am the paver..." or "Yes, I’m doing the interior finishing including doors myself..." or "No, we’re taking the oven from our old kitchen..." or (my personal favorite from yesterday) "for 500 EUR I would have had that (furniture for the living room) assembled..."

Regardless of whether there is wear after such a short time or not, one can already be worn out enough from decades of sports, for example, or one simply wants a proper job done, e.g., with a suitable slope away from the house and also properly compacted so that the paving doesn’t settle unevenly. Some terraces you see sometimes look like a bumpy track in comparison. I’d rather have someone who knows what they’re doing do it and just pay for it.

It ultimately depends on how high your own net wage is and how quickly you can perform tasks. Usually, it takes twice as long and if you have around 35 euros net, that would be 70 euros net for the craftsman. You can get quite a lot done for that...

Yes. But then you don't complain about high prices. And that is the topic here. Complaining about craftsmen who charge high prices.

Apart from that, it's not rocket science to create a slope. And about professionals... I can show you 3 or 4 terraces in my immediate vicinity that were made by professionals and have no slope at all ;)
