Is it a prefabricated house or is your project presented here in the forum? Then I can read everything myself. :)

Please just don't respond to my posts or try to interact otherwise. Your propaganda bores me to death!

Thank you

Well, there are two connections here that for some highly educated forum participants are cheap barroom slogans and cannot be correct due to high scientific sovereign argumentation: 1) Migration leads to increased demand for housing. This increased demand and the resulting pressure on the real estate market lead to higher prices and scarcer building land 2) If the ECB prints money recklessly for years, keeps zero interest rates, and buys billions of southern states' government bonds "whatever it takes," then eventually this is a reason for increased inflation rates Both are abysmally wrong from a scientific point of view :-)

Annoying that with the terms "Ausländer, Asylant oder Migrant" the same people always develop a knee-jerk reaction and immediately try to shove someone into a box.

Back to the roots: Friends of mine are currently building, price escalation clause, 100K€ more expensive (is that allowed???), bank is being difficult about the financing! What can be done? I don't know if building smaller still works… it's a drama! Both 30, earn well, equity so-so ☹

Man, now you're ruining your pseudo-know-it-all, seemingly 50-line monologue yourself by messing up the idioms "how the rabbit runs" and "where the hammer hangs". What a pity! :/
