I only know agents who earn very well. The statement concerned vocational training. For a standard vocational training, the pay is good - very good compared to other professions. Additionally, the salary has increased significantly in recent years.

We are paid according to the collective agreement (TVÖD), I am at level P8 3, receive €2100 net with allowances at 80%. I am currently SK 3. And that with shift work. I also have a side job so I can pay the university fees. We also have Christmas bonuses. As for the work, I enjoy it and take pleasure in helping others, especially when patients go to rehab after a few months of lying down. Last year we fought so that, I will put it simply, instead of caring for 3 patients, we could only care for 2, or 1 nurse is calculated for 1.7 patients. The patients who come to us receive the maximum therapy with ECMO, etc. Sorry for the off-topic, didn’t mean to. It can be deleted too.

TVöD is currently paid almost everywhere. With us it would be a bit higher because you have additional training as an intensive care nurse. I believe that would take you up to P9 or P10. The number of patients a qualified nurse cares for does not currently depend on the hospital but on the market situation. We would also like to hire 50 more, but they do not exist. Qualified nurses should take action/demonstrate against the government plans. With PPR 2.0, a cap on the maximum number of nurses is now to come into effect. Until now, all salaries of nursing staff were financed even if there were more than PpUGV stipulates and thus further relieved the nursing staff. With the introduction of PPR 2.0, only the maximum limit stipulated by PpUGV will be refinanced. The hospitals will have to cover the additional costs.

Just for your information. PpUGV is the regulation that sets the minimum staffing levels in various specialist departments. In the intensive care unit, as far as I recall, it is a maximum of 2 patients per qualified nurse during the day shift and 5 patients per qualified nurse during the night shift.

Despite being a "teacher's wife," she can't get the that/which rule right and wants to sell us that "very good" does not imply "fair." By now, I strongly assume that Neubau2022 must be a troll account and no real person is behind it.
