What do you want to hear now? In August 2018, so three years ago, we paid just under 15k for a similar carport with wall elements all around. Your offer is now about 35% more expensive three years later. Certainly not a bargain, but it doesn’t seem completely absurd to me either. Steel has become significantly more expensive (although for the quantity in a carport it shouldn’t be more than €1000) but prices have definitely risen to that extent in recent years. The new Porsche of the carport supplier just has to be paid for.

No. For the current construction, that would be the price for the garage.

Garage with 7x10m with foundation, floor slab, with 6m sectional door, fully clinker-brick, with roof and gutter, windows and underfloor heating cost me just over 30 despite a lot of own work. One of the biggest items in construction and I hesitated for a long time. Now it is simply a blessing, even if the cars are not yet inside
