Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Had recent offers between 1500 and 1700/kWp. Without storage. All inclusive.
But it's more difficult to find anyone who will implement it this year at all.
Pfalz and surrounding area.

Are there any more experiences? Our roofer offered us 11 kWp for about 1800€/kWp. Seems quite expensive to me, but it would be done in one go with the roof, which would of course be nice.

Here in our city there is still a subsidy of 180€ per kWp :)

For my DIY tile projects, I was recommended tiles without rectification, as imperfections would be less noticeable, but I am just an amateur. You can certainly expect a professional to do it properly as a trained tiler; I don't pay an extra fee for that :eek:.

1,680€/kWp without storage, without metal roof tiles, high-quality components, 11.6kWp. Storage with 11kW for 5k extra from BYD (HVM 11) I had two other offers with worse components and over 1,700€/kWp

The "starting" price will refer to non-rectified tiles. And he will be able to lay these as well as rectified ones—only: with rectified tiles it takes him longer because more careful work is required. Especially with the substrate (small height differences are more noticeable with small joints) but also with the laying itself: of course, with a 5 mm joint you will accept 6 mm sometimes, but with 1.5 mm joints, a tile with 2.5 mm and the next one with 0.5 mm joint just looks plain bad...

Interesting. Ours always preferred to lay rectified tiles, that was easier for him.

Hm maybe one uses tile spacers as standard, the other is more of a freehand artist?

The "precision" is achieved through the tile spacers ... of course, that costs money.

Well, I wouldn't pay extra for that. For really large tiles, okay. For extremely difficult laying patterns like herringbone, okay. I see that as extra effort. But I definitely won't pay extra for a tiler to get the joints done properly, I take that for granted.
