However, it is true that construction companies have already made a lot of profit through Baukindergeld/KfW subsidies, which they now have to forgo. Because if hardly anyone buys your product, you have to lower prices or at least not raise them. That's market economy. Otherwise, you really are insolvent. Construction prices will therefore normalize again in a few years.
