If I understand correctly, this applies when the money is not withdrawn or in the case of early repayment (which would be the case with a sale).

My bricks (ordered by the general contractor in March) were last reported to be delivered from 18.7. That would have been the week after next, but after checking with the building materials supplier it is now scheduled for the week starting 22.08. I'm curious whether they will actually arrive in September...

What are you doing with your roof until then? Foil?

Currently, there is the underlayment plus battens, but if it continues like this, a proper tarp will have to be put on. In itself, this is relatively unproblematic, since we have two full floors and only the attic underneath.

I've noticed for a while now that almost finished shell constructions stand for several months without roof tiles, sometimes temporarily covered with thick tarps. The next two weeks will show whether this will get worse or if "we catch the curve."

Whereas that has not only been the case since the war. The neighbor had a installation appointment in December and was 3 months with a tarp. That is simply the high gas price and it will probably not go away foreseeable
