A bit about construction (ancillary) costs:
- Archaeologist (required by development plan, demolition of old building from the 1960s in an area with 50 houses from the same era) - 1000 euros because there are "earthworks"...
- Dismantling electricity, gas: 1647 euros
- Conversion of water to construction water: 1040 euros
- Installation of construction electricity 1020 euros
Building application for house + 50sqm garage: 1020 euros
Yes, the construction (ancillary) costs can really add up sometimes!!
Although having to involve an archaeologist, I had not heard of that before.
Were there rare finds or something like that in the neighborhood?
Why do these costs occur:
"- Dismantling electricity, gas: 1647 euros
- Conversion of water to construction water: 1040 euros"
You do at least need electricity for the construction site/house, right?
And why conversion? Water is just water ;)
- Installation of construction electricity 1020 euros
Building application for house + 50sqm garage: 1020 euros
It wasn't nearly that much for us. About half?!
