I agree, I wouldn't get them from the GU either. But high-quality custom-made fly screens are a real blessing. In total, we have installed fly screens on 8 windows and 1 double door to the terrace. I can really recommend them to everyone. Of course, we still have the occasional fly/mosquito that gets in, since the door to the utility room, the front door, and the skylight windows don't have any, but that is really very manageable. And you can leave the bedroom window open all night long without any annoying buzzing. If you don't have any yet, get some; it is one of the best investments for the entire house. The quality of life is massively higher because of it.I don't think I would get such things from the GU.
