Hello Oleda222,
great, thank you very much for the clear answer! It probably has something to do with the fact that the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 is still valid by name and thus the house designations remain the same. That’s what I had hoped/suspected, but I was still confused.
Nevertheless, it will probably be tight for me with the KfW funding, because I have the following concept in mind:
- Massive, monolithic construction (Poroton or Ytong, because I simply want to build solidly)
- Gas condensing boiler (because it is simple and space-saving and my personal speculation is that the electricity price will rise faster than the gas price)
- Solar thermal energy (because I simply think heating or hot water with the sun is great)
- Controlled residential ventilation, central with heat recovery (because I already appreciate the comfort today)
I know only the energy consultant or architect can say for sure. Nevertheless: Is it even possible to think about KfW55 funding with this setup? Does anyone know or possibly have a similar setup and managed to achieve KfW55 with it? Do I have to push into the region of 50 cm wall thickness (which is actually a no-go)?
Thank you very much in advance for your answers!!!!
