and at the same time showed the junior boss his limits,
negotiated with the senior boss with a raised eyebrow, ;)
did not hesitate to directly enforce wishes with the craftsmen  ,
defended and justified her floor plan in the forum :),
and really got hands-on herself ;)

Well then give it a try

Oh dear yes the prices are listed but admission is closed and for existing customers in the basic supply it is 22 cents. But yes you know everything better.
If you weren’t a Putin troll I would upload the invoice.

But you also have a kitchen for 50,000 euros and then it was only 5,000...

Does this fit in this thread? There is supposed to be a new loan program for people with low incomes who have the desire for homeownership. Whether existing properties or new builds is not known to me. The one billion euros is to be taken from the Climate and Transformation Fund. Eligible for this loan are, among others, families with a maximum taxable annual income of 60,000 euros, with at least one minor child. The support is also intended to replace the expired Baukindergeld.

Ms. Geywitz is named as the source.

Please excuse the somewhat awkward wording, but if I understand correctly, sentences from other websites are not simply to be copied in this forum but rather paraphrased in one's own words.

Yes, I have heard about that too. But 1 billion will not change much. It will run like the building energy law subsidies in the spring, which after a sudden application stop were briefly reopened only to be closed again within about 24 hours because they were completely overwhelmed with applications.

60k€ annual income means 5k€/month. Maybe one has 3,200€ net income including child benefits.

Let's say a 100m² house with land, etc. costs 450,000€. Financing that with 4% interest and 2% repayment would cost 2,250€ per month.

This means: Even there, it only works with an inheritance, because these households will not have large savings. Where should they come from?

The 60k are surely meant gross!

Again such a stillbirth of an idea in the ideologically tormented politician panic action trap.

"Oh.. we can't manage 400,000 apartments per year" What shall we do?"
"Come on.. let's launch something that costs little and that actually no one can really use, but at least we have done something"
