We have already noted several times throughout this thread that the price forecasts do not look good, so I find the topic about the car quite amusing in between. When we still had our fun car, we deliberately did not drive it to the offer discussion appointment with the general contractor for fear that it would stand in our way during the negotiation. But when we arrived and saw the 500HP SUV parked there, we at least knew that it would be a discussion almost on equal footing :-D But seriously, I wish most entrepreneurs that.

And honestly: I wish him and his wife every car in the world. The price he asked from us was also more than fair. So for me, everything is fine.

One can only hope the government doesn’t come up with the idea of mandatory photovoltaics from 2023 for all new buildings... then the builder will be hit with additional costs of 10-35k again :/

That probably came across wrong. To each his own. As an entrepreneur, I would just act more modestly to maintain my credibility. Period, end of story. What I do in private would be something completely different.

It will come with 95% certainty and that would even be a good thing, at the latest in 2024. Photovoltaics is one of the few things in house construction that actually pays off within 10 years. The carport for the convertible, for example, will never pay off.

Well, of course you can make a lot of money in crafts and generally in self-employment. And rightly so. Those who take the risk and have a good business model that works are certainly allowed to have a lot of money. It will probably remain the same with the topic of [Photovoltaik]. I already wrote weeks ago that due to a requirement the demand will increase so much that any price can be charged.
