You kept the inspection shafts and the cistern from us for 7500 net :)

Then we'll talk about 24 TE for the order items registered with you at 90 m development length. I still find that fair. Do you even have any further offers or are you expecting more soon?

Edit: around 2500 gross for the drainage shafts still have to be deducted as well.

"Normal" KG costs 2-3€/m!?
Branch 15 degrees for example 1.50€ Hornbach at 90 degrees then 9€
Drainage without holes (100mm) I bought at Hornbach last week for 33€/10m. —> Savings potential
Digging the trench is obviously missing here

Do you have to install a cistern? Assuming 2€/cbm water you will never get the 7500€ out of the public tap in your lifetime. Assuming 50cbm/day you would need 205 years to break even. VERY roughly calculated

For us it was 270cbm excavation and placing concrete RC at the end at 6.5k. DIY (for comparison). Transport is omitted because we used it for filling in the end.

We have recently also found a plot of land in the eastern part of NRW (Lippstadt region). 525 sqm for 310€/sqm. Fully developed and no more street construction fees etc. due. The plot is completely rectangular with a garden facing south.

Currently, planning is underway for a single-family house without a basement with 180 sqm living space and a shed roof (for the photovoltaics). We are already looking forward to the appointment with the architect and an initial cost estimate. Acquaintances from the financing sector told us that recent financings were estimated to be always between 2600-2800€/sqm.

The local shell builder here already accepts orders with a travel distance of 100km+, as the number of new builds and inquiries has declined sharply.

Exactly, that is also the work. But it’s still expensive. I mean we paid 40 EUR per meter.
I have to look it up again.
But it also depends on the region.

I deliberately excluded them because we want to do that ourselves. With the cistern, it is also 36.5 TEUR gross. Can the developer specify whether basalt gravel or gravel is to be used, or is it sufficient if the corresponding compressive strength is achieved?

We currently pay 25€ for 100mm pipes and 35€ for 150mm. Your figures are clearly higher than that.

Excavation and side storage also seem expensive to me. Our most expensive offer for excavation and side storage or loading was just under 6€. Disposal was our most expensive offer at just under 45€/m3. The offer we accepted was significantly lower again.
