Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Is there any news on the actual topic? Can anyone report on brand-new construction costs for custom-designed or prefab houses?

Today, someone from the family received an offer of 350K for 177m² turnkey from a regional general contractor in the middle of NRW / the cheaper part of Münsterland. Apparently, the foundation etc. are all included. Only photovoltaics and a few floor coverings are not. I am surprised and can't really believe it. The plot itself costs only 190€ per m², which is also just 50% of my place of residence. I will definitely find out more when it actually starts.

With the Polo, "everything is included" too, but it’s not an E-Class ;)
