Regarding the smartphone & co., you surely don't have 20 sockets left in the house. 144 antennas is quite a statement, the users will be charged along immediately. :D

No no, the Air Charger now maybe only charges the phone, tablet, etc.

But the future would be that a TV and actually all devices (at least those that don’t need to heat and therefore have a high power consumption) have a small battery and are constantly fully charged.

But unfortunately, that will still take a few years.

And how does that help if you want to carry the 65" TV around the apartment every day, or if the refrigerator is supposed to be in a different corner every weekday? Good that such problems are finally being solved :D Seriously, why bring vulnerable technology into the house when a simple cable/power outlet works just as well? If I have the choice, I always prefer solid wiring—even with bus systems and networks—over wireless solutions.

Most people use the Internet for social media, browsing, email, streaming, and occasionally a video call. For that, a WLAN is completely sufficient. Interruptions are acceptable but occur rather rarely. The latency behavior does not disturb these applications. As soon as someone needs time-critical applications such as online gaming or work-related video calls, the wired option is clearly the better choice. In practice, WLAN is enough for me - although I also have LAN lines in the house - for example, to the apartments of the children, who set up their own WLAN and need LAN for gaming.
