Today there is an article in the Tagesschau. The construction industry expects a significant decline in sales. It is about 5%. Residential construction is strongly affected. The problems that are also repeatedly discussed here are addressed: inflation, construction prices, interest rate increase, energy costs - as a killer combination for builders.

Yesterday I spoke with my neighbor (old house) because the tanker truck was parked in front of the door. The liter of oil at the bargain price of €1.7 o_O I therefore doubt whether oil heating is still really a good alternative to gas (my oil supply in the old house will easily last until the handover, rather until spring. That’s why I’m quickly crossing my fingers three times)

We ordered in August and received the delivery at the beginning of October. Still at the August bargain price of €1.60. :/

That's at least 16c/kWh. Most gas customers can only dream of that right now, and even with a price cap, they're not much lower ;)

Congratulations, I refueled exactly one year ago at 77 net cents ;-) That's why I was a bit shocked about the 1.7 €
