Then is it okay with you if the artisanal bakers die out and only the industry with unskilled, cheap labor, hygiene scandals, and additives remain? We have 1 supermarket, 1 discounter, 2 bakers, and 1 butcher. Catchment area about 8,000 inhabitants. I would be very sorry if the two bakers do not make it. I find it very one-sided to call baked goods fast food. Any discounter or supermarket or gas station could also be called a fast food shop.
I did not write that. I hope that the right bakers succeed. At least one still has a very nice train station café here and has thus diversified. In addition, there are changed opening hours (only open until 5 pm now), which is probably due to staff shortages. With three other bakeries, I think ... well ... also no drama if they (at least temporarily ... keyword season) stop.
That you have a negative view of fast food is your opinion, but basically they do sell more quick food.
