Yes, the price sounds very reasonable!

Have you broken it down per square meter? At first glance, it seems like a good price to me.

We currently have filigree ceilings with textured wallpaper in the construction service description, the surcharge for painter's fleece is 8€ net per square meter. Plaster for us is single-layered, trowelled lime-gypsum plaster (Q2). It currently looks very good and was executed at a high level according to the external site manager.

Can I add: "Cold rents of 20 euros might be achievable in the center of Munich or Frankfurt/Main, but for all other major cities they are 'completely unrealistic.' That is why the group is not starting any further new construction projects for the time being."
I hope, for the sake of all those looking for housing, that "for the time being" does not last too long.

I would make it dependent on the age of the person. When the "first generation," usually the owners, live in the house, it usually seems to work quite well. When this generation then dies off and the heirs rent out, problems often begin. Most condominium owners I know would rather move out today than tomorrow if they could. My aunt, who lives alone, doesn't even dare to use the elevator anymore because there have already been unpleasant situations there and she has a really great penthouse apartment with an approximately 25sqm roof garden terrace.

If the apartments are well insulated, the two bathrooms have windows, and the community of residents is okay, I prefer an apartment downtown or close to it over my own single-family house in the commuter belt of a big city (?). But even two daylight bathrooms seem to be a challenge in multi-family houses, which I have never understood. Maybe others know better what the problem is. For me, that was always a deal-breaker, no matter how nice the apartment otherwise was.

Hi,

I’d like to see that, please write the source. I’m still looking for an additional layer of insulation for our attic.

Best regards,

Andreas
