Are you planning to implement it or do you already have it? What does your automation for it look like? We also have a lot of KNX and a photovoltaic storage. Your idea sounds interesting.

So far just an idea - the new building is still pending.

I still have to work out the automation. Of course, all of this also depends a bit on the technical possibilities.

You have to relate the forecasted yield, the electricity price, and the consumption, and then create a control system.

Update on construction costs, to contribute something:

Steel price slightly decreased
Wood price decreased
Insulation still rising sharply
Plastic products such as [KG pipes] still price stable

I expect overall prices to decline again (for future home builders or those who are planning)

Is it mandatory for the completion at MM to already have a meter number, or can it be submitted perhaps in about half a year?

I didn't have one yet because of moving, it was not a problem. But you have to report it at the start of the contract.
