Why "one"? You're the one doing it…right? I'd love to come to Legoland :)

I can understand that. With only 100 guests, his house still feels completely empty. still had reasonable construction costs and invested his money very wisely in concrete, which was still affordable back then.

The mortgage broker Interhyp expects a further increase in real estate interest rates to 3.5 to 4 percent by the end of the year. Currently, the average interest rate for ten-year loans is 3.1 percent, more than three times as high as at the beginning of the year. This was reported by board member Mirjam Mohr on Wednesday in Munich.

Regardless of how the interest rates will actually stand at the end of the year, what else should they write? If they say the interest rates will decrease, no one would lock in a deal now. The goal is to do as much business as possible now.

Exactly, just keep encouraging each other properly. For at least the next ten years, it will be a high-interest phase. Bad luck for people who financed with the last penny. One day the time for follow-up financing will come, and then the place will be foreclosed.
