Now I am even shaken... Graichen was not the best man at Robert Habeck's wedding. Graichen has put his best man Michael Schäfer in a responsible position.

And apparently, Graichen has also, devoid of any sense, already demanded the dismantling of the natural gas network from the municipal utilities. Because he has no use for hydrogen, basically out of a personal inclination. It has nothing to do with professional expertise.

I am shaken when I seriously read here that Graichen was supposed to have been the best man at Habeck's wedding. Then nothing really surprises me anymore.

PS We don't even have enough people to expand the power grids. Even if it made sense, dismantling the gas network ranks somewhere around priority 195...

In part, you can understand it. This forum here, as a gathering place for everyone who can afford a house, is quite an elitist club.

Every time I go shopping, my jaw drops; I've started paying attention to prices.
And if you imagine not having 5,000 EUR net for four people, but only 3,000 net... then you do wonder how people can still finance their lives at all.

Only the addressee of these demonstrations is the wrong one. We have these problems because for 16 years under Merkel, Altmaier, Dobrindt, and all their likes, the expansion of renewables didn’t progress.
And nobody wanted to listen to the Greens, the Poles, the Baltics, who kept warning over and over that Russia is not our friend and that too much dependence is dangerous.

With all due understanding for frustration. The AfD won't change anything about it. How could it?
If we move closer to Russia, we will have serious problems with the rest of Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Japan.

Much is much deeper than the average citizen is informed. As a public broadcaster viewer, you only have the standard propaganda. You can see that clearly here as well, some still defend the disastrous German Corona policy. I don't agree with everything in the AfD, I don't like the Russia policy, and I think they do too little for technological change. But almost every citizen understands what is going on now, just today the news that the AfD should be banned. Such campaigns destroy the last spark of faith in democratic structures. That will only push the AfD over 20%.

Aha. That is a classic AfD position. ARD lies, RT Deutsch and Breitbart always tell the truth. You know that from Christianity, where your own god always does only good, while the “other” god fundamentally does only evil.

And with the election results, you just have to wait. Sure, the AfD is currently benefiting from the crisis. But with all the trumpeting about Corona, it should actually have benefited greatly already in 2021. It wasn’t like that.

It is, as I already said. At the regulars’ table, people loudly proclaim it’s enough now, they will vote for the AfD now. And the next morning at the polling station, sober again, they don’t do it after all. Because the AfD can’t do magic and you don’t get far today with “Germany for the Germans.”

How do I know that? If that were the solution, industry would be cheering for it ;) It doesn’t do that, because it needs foreign specialists. But they wouldn’t come if we declared the Fourth Reich tomorrow...

Well, a little less populist. The AfD would not govern alone but in a coalition and under the framework conditions of a constitutional state. The risk would be minimal. And the AfD is only partially right-wing extremist, just as the Greens are partially left-wing extremist. And nobody gets upset that they are in government, right?

It is now consensus that the public broadcasters and the system media are not objective. And I'm not talking about RT or such nonsense. Thanks to media freedom in our country, there is the possibility to look at alternative quality journalism. The problem is rather that still far too few people do.

And the ARD does not have to lie actively; it is enough to report selectively and not comprehensively.

In the other countries around us, the shift to the right has only brought positive things so far. See Sweden, Italy, or Hungary. Including economic growth.

We must not underestimate the extreme left; they want to abolish democracy and preferably ban all other democratic parties.

And how does that affect construction costs? With the 400 billion from Corona, we could have triggered a construction boom through subsidies or cheap loans. We preferred to waste the money pointlessly on tests and pharmaceutical companies. And the massive illegal migration also costs us high billions. I don't even want to talk about the messed-up energy transition.
