somehow reminds me of my conversation with Town & Country. After that, I decided it would be better to build in EL :'D

Yes, those are the usual sales tricks. But that was still during the peak of construction, right? Now it might look different... Since no one has contacted me yet, I suspect that many are currently responding to the [special offer] and he actually still expects a good selection. We'll see, I have time...

Really? With Town & Country I had different experiences. Price-wise, it was quite transparent from the first conversation and we ultimately ended up roughly where we had planned.

Well, Town & Country has two types of franchisees. Some are purely sales partners, others are also executing general contractors. And then it always depends on the respective regional representative. With Massa Haus, it is probably always a sales partner(?). In the end, you probably don’t sign a contract with them at all; they can tell you a lot, but at the same time they don’t want to give you anything binding without you signing. But you probably also have the right of withdrawal there. You just have to be careful to send the withdrawal to the correct address.
