Oh dear - who is supposed to build with a gross household income of €60k? The main thing is that something is done - hardly anyone will be able to benefit from it.

It's like with the child benefit for building. Target group: sole earner couples with higher income and inheritance.

Show me the family that builds with €60,000 gross, at today's prices and interest rates

4 children, €90,000 gross. Depending on the definition of taxable income, it can also be a gross income of €100,000. This funding is intended for these families.

What about buying used/existing property? What about [ETW]?

I have read 350 million for the district mentioned here (families / income limit etc.) for home ownership (without more precise definition) and a further 650 million for other districts (including cooperatives etc. for multi-family housing construction etc.).

Not everyone built in the past either.

In my impression, "in the past" people with less well-paid jobs also built, and often single earners as well.

But you are leaving out the €10,000 higher limit per additional child.

I did not leave that out, but for reasons of time and space did not include all details and conditions, as I assumed that anyone interested would google it afterwards. ;-)
